Dear friends I am so sorry for my lack of post this week! Life hit me with a brick wall this week.
Work + Test - Sleep + Finals around the corner = one exhausted college student who hasnt had time for good cooking this week.
My dinner tonight was a bowl of cereal... SO instead of blogging about the wonderful things I have made I will be posting about some of the wonderful foods my mother has made for me! I will be posting them all weekend and start back in the kitchen on monday. Tonight I am sharing a dip to go with fruit or veggies!
Lime Yogurt Dip:
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (vegan substitute if you wish)
- 2T lime juice
- 1T cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon jalapeƱo finely chopped ** (optional)
